Come bring out Yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow and get ready to take a beautiful trip to that warm inner space that is within you. You will leave feeling relieved, relaxed and elevated and with no stress or anxiety. I study neuroscience so I know how this works. It’s very good for you, sound is medicine, please come and join in. If you cannot lay down there our chairs for you to sit in. Come envelope yourself in the sounds of the ancestors and leave feeling uplifted and happy! Museum may charge an admission.
