Martin will be presenting an Interactive workshop on the music of ancient Mexico with emphasis and extreme health benefits (nueroscience) of playing "live" music in a group and also be talking about "cultural awareness" to identify to a cultural or ethnic group, and also self knowledge to lead to self respect and inner peace. Martin's audience will be gently guided to "Sing easy to sing songs in native languages" as well as play from Martin's vast quantity of native percussion instruments!
